In line to become its eventual leader, Foday was saved after being deeply initiated into an idolatrous secret society. Though under pain of death should he depart, he nevertheless forsook all to follow the Lord Jesus.
Recently married to sister Gladys, they reside in Freetown where he teaches agriculture in a high school while leading a fellowship comprised primarily of university students.
