Steve and Patti Phillips were commended to the work of the Lord
Jesus Christ in Nigeria, by a small assembly of believers from
Shelton, Washington. Along with their five children Steve and Patti
left the United States for Nigeria in early April 1998. Following is
a brief history of their lives and calling, followed by a brief
statement about their sending assembly.
"We do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves
as bondservants for Jesus' sake" (2 Cor. 4:5).
This web site is hosted by Jim Baumgaertel. It is our privilege to be able to help missionaries such as the Phillips in what ever ways our Lord enables us.
It is a testimony to God's grace when a family is willing to leave the comfort of their own homes and culture to take the Gospel to people in a different land.
We ought to either be missionaries or help missionaries. We thank the Lord.
